1. What This Is

RBV Lifestyle Private Limited, trading as RANNG ("RANNG," "we"), wants to know about suspected misconduct affecting our company, our people, our clients, our suppliers, or the wider public interest — and we want people to feel safe raising it. This policy explains what you can report, how, and what protection you get for doing so in good faith.

2. What You Can Report

You can report concerns including, but not limited to:
• Bribery, corruption, or fraud.
• Theft or misuse of company assets.
• Human rights violations, forced labour, or child labour, in our operations or supply chain.
• Harassment or discrimination.
• Health and safety risks.
• Data protection or confidentiality breaches.
• Violations of RANNG's Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, or Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy.
• Any other unlawful or unethical conduct connected to RANNG's business. This channel isn't intended for routine customer service requests or product complaints — those should go through our normal contact channels.

3. Who Can Submit a Report

Employees, contractors, job applicants, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and other business partners connected to RANNG can raise a concern through this policy.

4. How to Report

Reports can be submitted to: [WHISTLEBLOWING EMAIL / PORTAL — see internal note on channel selection] Where possible without compromising the ability to investigate, we will keep you informed of the outcome of your report.

5. The Process

Once a report is received:

• We acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe.

• We assess whether the concern falls within the scope of this policy.

• Where warranted, we investigate — proportionate to the seriousness of the concern raised.

• We provide feedback on the outcome, where we're able to without compromising confidentiality or an ongoing investigation.

6. Confidentiality, Anonymity, and Data Protection

Access to report information is restricted to those who need it to assess or investigate the concern. You may report anonymously; where you identify yourself, your identity is kept confidential and only shared where legally required. Personal data collected through this process is handled in line with RANNG's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR for EU-based reporters.

7. Protection Against Retaliation

RANNG does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, or who participates in good faith in an investigation — even where the concern turns out to be mistaken. Retaliation is itself a violation of this policy and may result in disciplinary action or termination of a business relationship. This protection does not extend to reports made maliciously or known to be false.

8. What to Include in Your Report

A report is easier to act on when it includes:

• What happened, and when.

• Where it happened.

• Who was involved.

• Any supporting evidence (documents, messages, photographs).

• Whether there's an immediate safety risk that needs urgent attention.

That said, don't let missing information stop you from reporting — a partial report is far better than none.

9. Ownership and Contact

This policy is owned by CEO and reviewed at least annually.
