1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of ranngglobal.com and RANNG's manufacturing and sourcing services by business partners and clients. These Terms are addressed to business entities ("Client," "Partner," "you") and are not intended for consumer use. By accessing this website or engaging RANNG's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.

2. Services Offered

RBV Lifestyle Private Limited, trading as RANNG ("Company," "we," "us"), designs and manufactures garments, uniforms, and textile products for international businesses and institutions across corporate, healthcare, aviation, hospitality, retail, and education sectors, operating manufacturing capacity based in India. We reserve the right to amend, expand, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion, with reasonable notice to existing clients with active orders.

3. User Responsibilities

When submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your organization. If RANNG provides you with any login credentials or access to an order-tracking portal, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use this website or RANNG's services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable trade, customs, or export control laws.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

This website and its original content, features, and design are and remain the exclusive property of RANNG. The RANNG name and logo are trademarks of RBV Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without our prior written consent. Separately, any garment designs, technical packs, patterns, or specifications developed by RANNG in the course of a client engagement remain RANNG's property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-supplied designs, specifications, and business information shared with us in connection with an order are treated as confidential and used solely to fulfill that engagement.

5. Manufacturing and Quality

Textile manufacturing is subject to natural variation, and minor differences in colour, texture, or measurement between production batches and approved samples are not considered defects. RANNG applies Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) inspection standards during production, and manufactures in accordance with SMETA 2-Pillar, ISO, and applicable EU REACH requirements as agreed for the relevant order. Any claim relating to defective goods must be reported to RANNG in writing within 30 days of receipt, with supporting evidence (photographs, batch/order reference). RANNG's liability for confirmed defects is limited to repair, replacement, or credit for the affected units, at RANNG's discretion, and does not extend to damage caused by improper handling, storage, alteration, or normal wear after delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RANNG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or any order. RANNG's total liability arising from any single order shall not exceed the value of that order.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in a written order confirmation, production begins upon receipt of a deposit of DEPOSIT 30/70, with the balance due prior to shipment. Accepted payment methods include Letter of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT), or as otherwise agreed in writing. Goods are shipped under Incoterms® 2020 as specified in the order confirmation, and risk transfers to the Client in accordance with the agreed Incoterm. Late payments accrue interest in line with applicable late payment legislation (including the EU Late Payment Directive for EU-based clients, where applicable).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, unless the parties agree in writing to resolve a dispute by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). Where a client is based in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer or business protections of that jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract continue to apply notwithstanding this clause. No failure by RANNG to enforce any provision of these Terms constitutes a waiver of that provision.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date [and, where required, communicated with X days' notice to clients with active orders — confirm]. Continued use of this website or engagement of RANNG's services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
