AV014 SAFIRA2 Circular Hostess Set
SAFIRA2 is an exact visual-replica study of the current Emirates cabin-crew uniform silhouette requested by the client. The beige tailored jacket, coordinated skirt, red hat, white veil and red accessories are reproduced without the corporate wordmark, logo, wings pin or name badge. Production with protected branding, insignia or airline-specific trim requires written rights-holder approval.

Performance treatments
- Nano-scale stain-release and crease-recovery finish on tailoring cloth
- Anti-static lining and moisture-management blouse finish
- EU REACH and supplier PFAS declarations required
- Exact proprietary fibre, finish and construction recipes are not public; final equivalence requires an authorised benchmark garment, laboratory testing and supplier certification
Circular use of retired uniform textiles
- Retired uniform garments must be sorted by fibre composition, colour, finish and contamination before any recycling route is selected.
- Serviceable panels can be directly upcycled into hat cases, document sleeves, garment bags and removable pocket components.
- Polyester-rich uniform offcuts can be mechanically recycled into nonwoven shoulder support, pocketing or packaging felt; chemical recycling into new filament requires de-trimming and a suitable local processor.
- Wool-rich aircraft seat textiles publicly identified as approximately 95% wool are better suited to removable accessories and presentation cases until flammability, hygiene, colourfastness and skin-contact testing supports garment use.
- Recovered aircraft leather can be used for detachable luggage tags, belt tabs or document holders, not as an unverified structural part of the uniform.
- A uniform-to-uniform recycled-content claim requires traceable input weights, chain-of-custody records, batch testing and a verified mass-balance calculation.
- Emirates publicly documents nano-coated uniform fabric and upcycling of recovered aircraft materials, but does not publish a complete uniform bill of materials or a confirmed closed-loop uniform fibre specification.
