1. Purpose and Scope
This Regulatory Compliance Declaration Statement ("Declaration") summarizes the legal, regulatory, and voluntary compliance commitments of RBV Lifestyle Private Limited, trading as RANNG ("RANNG," "we," "us"), across our manufacturing operations in India and our representative office in Germany. It is intended as a single reference point for clients, auditors, and business partners conducting due diligence, cross-referenced to the detailed policies that govern each area. Where this Declaration and an underlying policy differ, the underlying policy controls.

3. Applicable Legal and Regulatory Frameworks
3.1 Corporate Governance and Anti-Corruption
— Companies Act, 2013 (India), including corporate governance and, where applicable, Corporate Social Responsibility obligations under Section 135. [CONFIRM SECTION 135 APPLICABILITY BEFORE ASSERTING THIS UNCONDITIONALLY.]
— Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (India), as amended in 2018.
— UK Bribery Act 2010 and US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as referenced in our Terms & Conditions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, for dealings connected to those jurisdictions.
— Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), governing dispute resolution under our commercial agreements.
3.2 Labour, Human Rights, and Workplace Safety
— Applicable Indian labour law, including the Factories Act, 1948 and applicable State factory rules.
— Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).
— Universal Declaration of Human Rights and applicable International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, as reflected in our Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, and Modern Slavery Statement.
— A voluntary transparency statement regarding forced labour, bonded labour, and child labour risk (our Modern Slavery Statement), which is not a statutory filing under Indian law and is not represented as one.
3.3 Data Protection and Privacy
— India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
— The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for personal data of individuals in the EEA/UK, supported by our representative office in Wuppertal, Germany.
3.4 Product Compliance and Quality
— EU REACH restrictions on regulated substances in textiles (Entry 72/Annex XVII, azo dye restrictions), collected via supplier declarations under our Supplier Code of Conduct.
— EU textile fibre labelling requirements under Regulation (EU) 1007/2011.
— Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) inspection standards applied per client order.
3.5 EU Product Safety (GPSR)
— The EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), applicable since December 2024. RANNG maintains supporting technical documentation as described in our Product Safety & Compliance Statement. The allocation of the GPSR "Responsible Person" role for a given order depends on the specific commercial arrangement and is confirmed with each client individually

Applicable Indian export control and customs law, and Incoterms® 2020 as specified in individual order confirmations.

RANNG aligns its internal practices with the following recognised standards. Where a formal certification is held, it is stated; where alignment is described without certification, no certification is claimed.

6. Exceptions and Ongoing Work
RANNG treats regulatory compliance as an ongoing program rather than a completed state. Where a specific commitment described above is still being implemented — including recently applicable requirements such as GPSR documentation practices or evolving EU packaging rules — this is disclosed in the relevant underlying policy rather than overstated here.
7. Declaration
The Declaration accurately reflects RANNG's compliance posture as of the date below, to the best of their knowledge, and that it is supported by the policies referenced in Section 5.
