1. Our Commitment
RBV Lifestyle Private Limited, trading as RANNG ("RANNG," "we," "us"), is committed to manufacturing garments, uniforms, and textile products that consistently meet the specifications, quality standards, and expectations agreed with our clients.
2. Scope
This policy applies to RANNG's manufacturing operations across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, for all client orders.
3. Our Approach to Quality
Quality at RANNG is built into the production process rather than only checked at the end of it: technical packs and approved samples are used as the reference standard for every order, in-line and end-of-line inspections are carried out during production, and finished goods are inspected against agreed Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) before shipment.
4. Standards We Work To
We manufacture in accordance with SMETA 2-Pillar social compliance standards, and align our quality management practices with ISO 9001 principles. [CONFIRM ACTUAL CERTIFICATION STATUS.] We apply Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) inspection standards as agreed per order, and comply with applicable EU REACH requirements for the finished goods and materials used.
5. Inspection and Non-Conformance
Where an inspection identifies non-conforming goods, we investigate the root cause, take corrective action, and communicate with the client about the affected units in line with the process set out in our Terms & Conditions. We treat repeated or systemic quality issues as a trigger for a broader review of the relevant process or supplier, not just a one-off fix.
6. Supplier Quality Requirements
Fabric, trim, and component suppliers are required to meet the quality and traceability standards set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct, including maintaining records sufficient to identify the origin of materials used in our clients' orders.
7. Training and Continuous Improvement
Production and quality-control staff receive ongoing training on inspection standards and defect identification, and we review our quality processes at least annually to identify opportunities for improvement.
