1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct ("Code") sets the minimum standards of behaviour expected of everyone acting on behalf of RBV Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., trading as RANNG ("RANNG," "Company," "we") — including employees, directors, contractors, agency staff, and, where relevant, suppliers and business partners acting under RANNG's name. It applies across all locations where RANNG operates, including our manufacturing operations in India and our representative office in Germany.
2. Our Values
• Integrity and honesty — in how we deal with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and regulators.
• Respect and fairness — treating people equitably regardless of role or background.
• Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under Indian law and the laws of every market we serve.
• Quality and continuous improvement — in both our products and our processes.
• Confidentiality — protecting information entrusted to us by colleagues, clients, and partners.
• Sustainability — in sourcing, production, and how we treat the people and environment our work touches.
3. Compliance with Laws
4. Anti-Bribery and Corruption
RANNG prohibits bribery, facilitation payments, and improper gifts or hospitality intended to influence a business decision, consistent with the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention and applicable Indian anti-corruption law. Any offer or request of this kind — made or received — must be disclosed to your manager or reported through the channels in Section 12. Violations may result in disciplinary action and referral to the relevant authorities.
see: Anti-Bribary and Corruption Policy
5. Fair Competition and Ethical Business Practices
RANNG competes on the merit of its products and service. We do not engage in price fixing, bid rigging, unlawful sharing of competitor information, or misleading statements in marketing, sales, or procurement, and we expect the same from anyone representing us.
6. Conflicts of Interest
7. Respectful Workplace and Equal Opportunity

10. Data Protection, Confidentiality, and Information Security
Confidential business information — including client data, designs, technical packs, and personal data processed in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements — may only be accessed and used for legitimate business purposes, and must not be disclosed outside RANNG without authorisation. Suspected data breaches or security incidents must be reported immediately to your manager or IT contact.
11. Company Assets and Acceptable Use
Company equipment, systems, and facilities are provided for legitimate business use. Do not use RANNG's assets for illegal activity, install unauthorised or unlicensed software, or knowingly introduce malware or security risks to our systems.
12. Reporting Concerns (Speak Up)
You can raise a concern through any of the following, in good faith and without fear of retaliation:
• [COMPLIANCE/ETHICS EMAIL]
• [WHISTLEBLOWING PORTAL / HOTLINE, IF ANY]
• Your manager, HR contact, or — for workplace harassment matters — the Internal Committee named in Section 7. RANNG does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, even if the concern turns out to be mistaken.
13. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or engagement, and — for suppliers and business partners — termination of the business relationship. Some violations may also carry civil or criminal liability under applicable law. Where appropriate, RANNG may require corrective training or process changes rather than, or in addition to, disciplinary action.
14. Ownership and Review
This Code is owned by [ROLE/TITLE — e.g. Managing Director] and is reviewed at least annually. Next scheduled review: [DATE].
