1. Statement and Commitment

RBV Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., trading as RANNG ("RANNG," "we"), has a zero-tolerance approach to forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, and human trafficking across our own operations and our supplier network. This statement sets out the steps we take to understand and address modern slavery risk in our business and supply chains, consistent with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and applicable International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, and we expect the same commitment from every business partner we work with.

2. Our Business

RANNG designs and manufactures garments, uniforms, and textile products for corporate, healthcare, aviation, hospitality, retail, and education clients internationally. Our manufacturing operations are based in India, and we maintain a representative office in Wuppertal, Germany, supporting our European client relationships.

3. Our Supply Chains

We recognise that apparel manufacturing carries elevated modern slavery risk, both in direct employment and further up the supply chain. Our supply chain includes: 
• Our own manufacturing workforce, directly employed at our India facility. 
• Fabric mills, yarn, and trims (buttons, zips, labels, packaging) suppliers. 
• Freight, logistics, and customs service providers.

4. Policies and Standards

We manage modern slavery risk through: 

• Our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits forced and child labour and prohibits charging workers recruitment fees. 

• Our internal Code of Conduct, covering the same standards for our own workforce. 

• Health and safety requirements aligned with ISO 45001. 

• A grievance mechanism with non-retaliation protections for workers to raise concerns. 

• Contractual compliance clauses and audit rights with suppliers.

5. Due Diligence and Risk Management

We assess modern slavery risk through supplier questionnaires, review of existing certifications and audit reports (including SMETA 2-Pillar where available), and risk-based third-party audits for higher-risk supplier categories or sourcing regions. Our supplier contracts include audit rights, and we apply heightened scrutiny where a supplier or region presents elevated risk.

6. Audits, Remediation, and Continuous Improvement

Where an audit identifies a gap, we require a corrective action plan with a defined timeline. Serious or repeated violations — including any indication of forced or child labour — may result in suspension or termination of the supplier relationship. We aim to strengthen our due diligence and supply chain transparency on an ongoing basis, including through staff training.

7. Training and Awareness

Staff in procurement, compliance, and production supervision receive training on recognising modern slavery risk indicators, our supplier due diligence process, and how to escalate a concern.

8. Reporting Concerns
