RBV Lifestyle Private Limited, trading as RANNG ("RANNG," "we," "us"), is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for everyone at our facilities, and to continuously improving our occupational health and safety practices.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors at RANNG's manufacturing facility in India, and to any other location where RANNG conducts operations.
3. Legal and Standards Framework
We comply with applicable health and safety laws, including the Factories Act, 1948 and applicable State factory rules for our registered facility, and align our internal practices with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) principles.

4. Hazard Management
We identify and control workplace hazards through regular risk assessments, properly maintained machinery and equipment, fire safety systems (including marked fire exits, extinguishers, and periodic fire drills), and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) provided to workers based on their role.
5. Worker Welfare
We maintain sanitary facilities, access to potable water, and adequate ergonomics for production roles.
6. Roles and Responsibilities
Day-to-day health and safety oversight is coordinated by SAFETY OFFICER / IC. All employees are responsible for following safety procedures, using provided PPE, and reporting hazards or near-misses to their supervisor or the safety contact below immediately.
7. Incident Reporting and Investigation
All workplace incidents, injuries, and near-misses must be reported immediately. We investigate reported incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective action, and maintain records of incidents and corrective actions taken.
8. Training
New employees receive health and safety induction training before starting work, and all production staff receive periodic refresher training relevant to their role, including on PPE use, machine safety, and emergency procedures.
9. Contractor and Visitor Safety
Contractors and visitors to our facility are required to follow site safety rules and, where relevant, receive a safety briefing before entering production areas.
10. Reporting Concerns
Health and safety concerns can be raised with a supervisor, the safety contact named in Section 6, or through the channels described in our Whistleblowing Policy, without fear of retaliation.
