1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
RBV Lifestyle Private Limited, trading as RANNG ("RANNG," "we"), is committed to making ranngglobal.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, and to improving accessibility on an ongoing basis.
2. Accessibility Standard and Conformance Target
We are targeting conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and, for our European visitors, the European accessibility standard EN 301 549.
3. Compliance Status
Partially conformant. A static review of ranngglobal.com's homepage and inquiry form identified several areas that do not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA (listed in Section 5). We have not yet completed a full assessment covering every page, color contrast, and assistive-technology testing — see Section 4.
4. How We Tested This Website
The findings in this statement come from an automated, code-level review of the website's HTML structure — checking for semantic landmarks, heading order, image alt text, form label association, and language declaration. This pass did not include live keyboard-navigation testing, screen reader testing (e.g. NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), or measured color contrast ratios. We plan to complete that fuller assessment and will update this statement once it's done.
5. Known Limitations
As of this statement's last update, we're aware of the following accessibility gaps:
• The page does not declare a language (missing lang attribute on the <html> element), which can cause screen readers to mispronounce content.
• Most images — including client logos and process photos — are missing descriptive alt text, so screen reader users don't get equivalent information.
• Pages don't consistently use a single, top-level heading (H1), and heading levels aren't always in a logical order, which makes the page harder to navigate by heading for screen reader users.
• The site is built primarily with generic <div> elements rather than semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), making it harder for assistive technology users to jump to key sections.
• There is no "skip to content" link, so keyboard and screen reader users must tab through the full navigation on every page.
• Some links use generic text like "Read more" or "Know more" without context, which is ambiguous when a screen reader user browses by links alone.
• The inquiry form's fields rely on placeholder text rather than properly associated <label> elements, and required fields are marked only with an asterisk rather than a programmatic indicator (e.g. aria-required).
• The homepage hero includes an autoplaying, looping background video with no visible control to pause it.
We plan to address these issues by [TARGET DATE — confirm a realistic remediation timeline].
6. Feedback and Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, please let us know at ACCESSIBILITY FEEDBACK EMAIL Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, and, if relevant, the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using — this helps us reproduce and fix the problem.
7. Enforcement / Complaint Procedure
If you're not satisfied with our response, EU-based visitors may be able to raise the matter with the relevant national accessibility supervisory authority. Given our representative office is in Germany, this would typically be the appropriate German authority; [Confirm exact authority and process with German/EU counsel] India does not currently have an equivalent statutory web accessibility enforcement body.
8. Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technologies
We intend for this website to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver). Formal compatibility testing is planned as part of the fuller assessment referenced in Section 4.
9. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of this website relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript operating correctly with the technologies listed in Section 8. Improving semantic HTML structure and focus management is a current priority, based on the findings in Section 5.
10. Continuous Improvement
We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time fix. This statement will be reviewed and updated at least annually, and after any significant change to the website.
